Rice wine chicken

  Recipe Ingredient:
1 chicken (around 1200g)
600ml rice wine
10 slices of ginger
½ tsp salt
3 tablespoons Black sesame oil


1. Clean the chicken and cut into pieces
2. Shred ginger, prepare rice wine
